People often buy chicks, ducklings, and bunnies for Easter only to find soon after that they don’t want them anymore. Schools sometimes hatch eggs so students can see how it happens, but forget to arrange for the care of the animals after they’ve hatched. This can lead to animal neglect, abandonment, or worse.
If you’re looking for a new home for your baby poultry–chickens, ducks, guineas, geese, turkeys–or baby rabbits, Woodland Urban Farm, LLC, is happy to take them.
Full disclosure: animals donated may be eaten or re-homed. They will not be abandoned or neglected. Woodland Urban Farm, LLC, is a for-profit farm and education center, not a no-kill shelter.
